Research project at the island Veruda completed

During April 2016 the field part of the project "The analysis of modern documentation methods: a case study of a shipwreck off Veruda island, Pula" was completed. The project involves ICUA Zadar, RGK Franfurt - DAI Berlin and the University of Dresden. While investigating a sunken ship from 16 / 17 century, experts experimented with various methods of documentation, such as a new approach to underwater photogrammetry and 3D modeling. The project is funded by the Honor Frost foundation of Greta Britain and the German Archaeological Institute, Berlin.
