Continuation of excavations at the cape Uljeva near Li�njan

Scientific research at two ancient shipwrecks off Cape Uljeva near Li�njan has continued this year. As in previous years, the two-week study was conducted by the Croatian - Slovenian team. Further documentation and excavation of remains of a early roman and one late Roman shipwreck took place. During this project, an underwater archaeology course was also underway. It was the second Advanced course in underwater archeology in organization of ICUA Zadar and UNESCO office in Venice. Course was joined by four archaeologists - divers who have already had some experience in such operations, and the arrival in Li�njan for them was an opportunity to improve their knowledge.
